Helmut Clemens

Mallorca has given me a warm welcome. I am German by origin and my personal trajectory has allowed me to strengthen the international character that has enabled me to develop my professional career in the tourism sector, specialising in Food and Beverage and Hospitality. At One Mallorca I am currently participating as Business Developer in charge of the development of the operational management of a real estate expansion project that will establish the basis of an innovative idea in the luxury real estate market in Mallorca.  

I trained in Hotel Management in the area of Food and Beverage, Cum Laude at the International Centre of Glion, Switzerland and continued my academic training at Claridge's London or the Ritz in Paris. 

I am currently a member of Leading Hotels of the World, which permits me to keep up to date with the most exclusive trends in hospitality tourism, visiting different countries and locations that have helped me to grow professionally and personally from a multicultural perspective. 

At a professional level I have developed my career in boutique hotels in Spain and Latin America such as Son Net, Carmelo Resort & Spa in Uruguay or co-directed La Residencia in Mallorca.   My curious and travelling spirit has allowed me to develop projects in different European cities such as Vienna, Berlin or Brussels carrying out analysis and consultancy for hotels and large international restaurants with more than 500 Michelin stars in more than 100 countries.
