Carlos Pérez Marsa

I was born on this wonderful Mediterranean island, a place that captivated me from an early age with its beauty, tranquillity and charm.

 Following my father's tradition, I studied law in Palma de Mallorca. After successfully completing my studies, I moved to Germany in order to learn the language and get to know the idiosyncrasies of the country.

After doing various jobs and completing a course in European law at the Europa Institut in Saarbrücken, I returned to Mallorca to start working as a lawyer, which I have been doing for almost 30 years.

During this period I have been able to specialise in the field of real estate law in order to be able to advise my clients, among other things, when buying or selling a property on the island, and to offer them human and legal support in such an important decision.

I hope to be able to continue to offer you my confidence in the years to come.
